Church of Sant Miquel de la Mosquera
Posizione e contatto
Of uncertain date, it is in the same architectural style as most rural chapels in the principality. Inside we find a late 16th century altarpiece dedicated to the patron saint of the Chapel and of the village of La Mosquera, St Michael Archangel and St John the Baptist, as well as some Romanesque paintings (c.1860) with the transfiguration of Christ and the delivery of the commandments to Moses as the central themes, which are from the end of the 19th century and were painted by master Oromí of la Seu d’Urgell.
