The Pedrous agency manages apartments in different buildings in Pas de la Casa. The apartments are functional and in the La residència, Maia, Meritxell, Gran Duc, Perdiu blanca, Chamois, Grizzli, Tec - Tea, Tetras, Frontera blanca, Antoni, Consuegra, Nevada 1, Lake placid, Grandalla, Velásquez, Sky and Núria buildings, all located at the centre of the village of Pas de la Casa, at the foot of the Grandvalira ski slopes.

It has different categories of large, modern and comfortable apartments and studios, taking from 2 to 8 people. They all have a bathroom and kitchen with the necessary equipment. The public are attended and keys are handed over from 9 in the morning to 1 at midday and from 3 in the afternoon to 7 in the evening.

The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
