The rented apartments are for 2 to 8 people and are adapted for the disabled. Their services and equipment include lounge with television, rooms with bed linen, kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, full bathroom with towels, free WiFi Internet connection for customers, covered car park and ski lockers. The establishment allows pets. They are open only during the ski season, and are open to the public from 9 in the morning to 1 and from 4 to 8 in the evening.

The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
