The El Floc furnished apartments are completely adapted for the disabled and are fitted with a safe, satellite TV and bathroom with hairdryer. Their services and installations include a car park, garden, laundry service, washing machine, lounge diner, heating and Wi-Fi Internet connection. The kitchen is completely fitted out with a vitroceramic hob, oven, fridge and kitchen utensils, as well as bed linen and towels. Pets are admitted and you can pay by credit card. The agency is open all the year and attends the public from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
