The rented apartments include TV, safety deposit box and 25 units with a capacity for 2-4 people. They have the quality sign and open all year, are modern and comfortable, decorated in alpine style with parquet flooring, electric blinds and a terrace with views of the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom includes a whirlpool tub and the bed linen is also provided. Some are adapted for the disabled. They offer free Wi-Fi Internet connection as well as free access to the gymnasium and the spa. There is also a car park, a play area for children, ski store and nursery. Opposite the apartments and in their beautiful natural surroundings is the La Llar de l’Artesà-Borda Popaire restaurant which specialises in typical Andorran cuisine and meats cooked on a wood fire. Pets are allowed.

The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
