Andorra MTB Classic-Pyrenees becomes Andorra Epic, joining the Epic Series as one of its Legend races.
Andorra Epic will comprise four stages covering a total of 220 km and with 7,160 m of elevation gained.
Two-person teams compete across the categories of Amateur Men, Amateur Women, Mixed, Masters, Grand Masters and Great Grand Masters, in addition to professional riders. As in previous years, the race hub, called the Village, will be based in La Massana, the home of MTB in Andorra.
Andorra Epic is the latest addition to the exclusive race calendar, which also includes 4Islands MTB Croatia, SPAR Swiss Epic, The Pioneer and, of course, Absa Cape Epic held in South Africa, the Epic Series’ most famous race and one of the most highly anticipated events on the international MTB calendar. This race will close the calendar of the Andorra Multisport Festival.
Location and dates: 5-8 July 2023. Riders’ Village is set up in La Massana.
