museudelamoto@canillo.adThe Motorcycle Museum, now located at the entrance to the Canillo cable car building, has a permanent exhibition of more than a hundred motorcycles – 121 to be exact – ranging from the late nineteenth century to modern times.
The exhibition space of 900 m², spread out on a single floor and divided into sectors, offers visitors a convenient, attractive tour – the perfect chance to appreciate the design and unique traits of motorcycles from a variety of time periods and styles.
The Motorcycle Museum has such unique pieces as the Henry Capel Loft Holden, of British origin, patented in 1896, and a 1900 Diamant, of French origin, both steam-powered. You’ll also find a 1915 American Cleveland, with a markedly sporty design.
The most contemporary samples are the four raid bikes donated by the five-time winner of the two-wheel drive Dakar Rally, Cyril Despres.
You can also see a Solo Electra, manufactured by the Japanese brand Honda in 1968, which was the first to be manufactured with electric propulsion.
The legendary Italian Vespa of the mid-50s; Bultaco and Montesa motorcycles that made history in Trial competitions; race and street bikes... Enjoy a whole range of models that have marked the history of bikes, and the world more widely, such as the BMW with sidecar of 1940, widely used in World War II.
The Canillo Motorcycle Museum can be visited from Monday to Saturday in the morning from 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and in the afternoons from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Entry to the Motorcycle Museum is included in the Andorra PassMuseu, offering a 50% discount when buying the ticket.
