Air Nostrum operates the route between Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell Airport and Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. The service commenced during the winter season, and every week there are two regularly scheduled departures in each direction.

There is a bus service that runs between the airport and Andorra and is coordinated with the arrival and departure times of Air Nostrum’s flights.
