The Coll dels Isards via ferrata is located near Pas de la Casa. You can do this via ferrata from the right or left slope; both are part of the same “Coll dels Isards” via ferrata and both begin and end at the same point.

In this case, the right slope is the more difficult side of the mountain. For this reason, although the skill level it requires is not high, you will need to be familiar with the technique.

The Coll dels Isards via ferrata begins at an altitude of 2,153 metres and ends at 2,700 metres; it is therefore considered a high-mountain via ferrata. Once at the top, you can take in the impressive panoramic views of the valley!

Another reason to try this via is that you can climb up the right slope then down the left slope, or vice versa, then link up with a third via ferrata nearby to prolong your day out a little more.

The approach to this route is somewhat long: 1 hour along a path with an ascent of 400 metres.
