The services and facilities provided include a storage room, central heating, open-plan living room and kitchen, Wi-Fi and parking facilities. They also offer a fully-equipped kitchen with glass ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and cooking utensils. Some of the apartments also have a dishwasher and washing machine, and some of them accept pets. Bedlinen and towels are provided. Credit card payments are accepted and the apartments are available all year round. They are not adapted for disabled access.
The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
