The hotel is ideal for nature and mountain sports as it lies within the boundaries of the Sorteny Nature Park and is the nearest hotel to the Ordino Arcalís ski resort. Its 43 comfortable and modern rooms adapted for the disabled are equipped with TV, mini-bar, safety deposit box, hairdryer and bathrobes. The hotel also has a gymnasium, spa, massage, bar, restaurant, garage, car park, and free WiFi Internet connection in the common areas in addition to free cable connection and laptops. It has a 4-star category and is in the small village of el Serrat, in the parish of Ordino. Its restaurants, Restaurant Xalet Bringué and Terrace-Grill (open in the summer) prepare mountain specialities of traditional taste specialising in grilled meats, and open for lunch and dinner. The hotel does not allow pets.
