If you want to spend the night in the mountains, or want to continue your activities the next day and don’t want to waste time travelling, you’ll be glad to know that at an altitude of 1,600m in Naturland, there is a hostel where you can spend the night.
Hostel facilities and rooms
The centre has 11 rooms, each equipped with bunk beds and space to sleep between 8 and 12 people. The facilities and services include shared showers and bathrooms, although there are two changing rooms – one for men and one for women – that are separated to ensure privacy. There is also a free Wi-Fi internet connection, a TV and reading room, a room for dancing or other events, and a multi-purpose recreational room with table football and a ping-pong table. Facilities also include a kitchen, a laundry service at an additional cost, vending machines and outdoor parking.
In terms of catering, the hostel offers a dining service and has a bar and café.
Finally, the entrances and facilities are adapted for the disabled, credit card payments are accepted and pets are not allowed.
Other interesting facts
A bottom sheet and pillowcase are provided, but it is recommended to bring a sleeping bag. The kitchen offers half-board services.
This hostel is included on the GR7, one of the ‘grandes routes’ crossing Europe.
