The apartments have 11 flats for 2 to 6 people. All the apartments have an open kitchen, full bathroom, fridge, dishwasher, a washing machine (except for studios), microwave oven, ceramic hob, iron, coffee machine, safety deposit box, TV, bed linen, common room with free WiFi Internet connection and ski lockers. The cleaning service at the end of the stay is not included. The car park and cot services are extra. The apartments also have a common area with gymnasium and television and reading room. They also have bicycle parking, pump and washer. Pets are admitted.

The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
