If you are travelling along the CS310 road and decide not to stop at the rest areas of Molès d’Anyòs and Font del Mallol, you still have the option, further on, of the Beixalis picnic area, situated at the 8 km point. This area is special. It is located at the top of the hill of the same name, a little before the highest point of the mountain pass for those coming from La Massana heading in the direction of Encamp. And thanks to this elevated position (1,788 metres) it offers panoramic views of this part of Andorra that will take your breath away. In addition, it is located right next to the road, so it is impossible to miss.
The Beixalis picnic area is more than sufficiently well-equipped for you to enjoy this stop along the way at your leisure: it has 4 barbecues and 3 wooden tables with their respective benches. It also has a drinking water supply and a container to dispose of any rubbish.
Before visiting a picnic site, check its status at the tourist information office of the parish in question.
