The trail starts at the Tourist Information Centre in Plaça de les Fontetes, in the centre of La Massana. Take the CS-335 toward Anyós, where the first part of the climb starts along the road over the Coll de Beixalis pass. This is a manageable climb with great views of La Massana throughout. At 8 km along the road, you’ll find the start of a track, where the second part of the climb begins, along a dirt path taking you directly to La Font del Mallol. There is a natural water source and picnic zone here where you can rest and recover your strength for the last section. From here, the climb becomes more technical, taking you to the highest point on the route, a little over 2,000 m, where you join Mountain Bike Trail 32, which runs from El Bony dels Neres to the welcome descent down to the Coll de Beixalis pass.
There are a several parts of the path on this descent featuring roots, but it’s quite wide and not too steep, making it easier to complete the section. Next comes a more technical rocky zone, where two wooden walkways have been built to make it easier. The last part of the descent takes you to the highest point on the Coll de Beixalis road, at 1,795 m. Pay attention here, because if you continue to the left, you join Mountain Bike Trails 20 and 21, which take you to Encamp. To finish the route, continue the descent to the right, then return to La Massana by road, making sure to observe the highway code at all times.
The trail takes a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Suitable for MTBs and e-bikes.
