They have a capacity for 4-8 people and are fitted with bed linen, towels, heating, laundry service and a fully equipped kitchen with vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. They also have a bathroom and lounge diner with satellite television, terrace, Wi-Fi Internet connection and car park. They are open all year and the agency attends the public from 12:30 a.m. to 08:30 p.m. Pets are not admitted and credit cards are allowed.

The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
