The P&C Apartaments rented furnished apartments are fitted with a cooker, fridge, kitchen utensils, lounge diner with television and bathroom. They also include bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi Internet connection. Pets are admitted as extra and credit cards are accepted. The agency is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
