It has 14 places. The Fontverd Hut is built in stone and was opened in 1981. You get there by car to Engolasters and then continue on foot along the camí de Coll Jovell i Ràmio. You can also go by car along the Carretera de la Comella to la Borda del Sabater and from there continue on foot along the camí de Ramio. The walk is about 1 ½ hours with a climb of 580 - 600 metres (depending on the route chosen). The hut is not guarded and is open all year, but it is usually maintained in the summer months (cleaning, firewood, first aid kits...). It also has bunks, fireplace and water alongside. There is a signal for mobile phones.
