Hotel Les Pardines 1819 Mountain Suites & SPA is a boutique hotel that promises a unique experience. Located in natural surroundings, these two bordes, or country houses, boast three ears of wheat, a classification awarded to rural accommodation on a scale of 1 to 5, and feature a garden area and a nearby small lake. It truly is the perfect place to disconnect and recharge your batteries.
With space for up to 26 people, the two houses have a total of 12 bedrooms: eight in Borda Rural and four in Borda Rural Suites. The rooms are decorated using top-quality, subtle materials, combining modern and traditional styles. Each room is different, warm and comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy maximum comfort during your stay. Some of the services and facilities on offer include private lounges, a reading and television room, a fireplace and Wi-Fi connection. There is also free parking available at the accommodation, as well as a laundry service and a spa complete with a sauna, Jacuzzi, indoor pool and a wide range of beauty and massage treatments.
As for the restaurant, Michelin-starred chef Oriol Rovira brings you haute cuisine at its finest, using local produce to create delicious market and Mediterranean cuisine. Special menus for coeliacs are also available.
Finally, there is an on-site bar and cafeteria area, while there is also a ski and bicycle storage service.
Both accommodations are suitable for people with disabilities. Credit card payments are accepted and pets are not allowed. Finally, its excellent location gives you almost direct access to the ski slopes at Grandvalira resort and it is the ideal base for exploring any of the area’s hiking routes, such as the Les Pardines and Estanys d'Ensagents routes, among many more.
