This 5-star establishment in Soldeu is the only one of its kind found at the foot of the slopes in Grandvalira, the largest ski area in southern Europe.

The fusion of styles and cuisine delight even the most demanding of taste buds and are perfectly paired with wines from the cellar, which include some of the most exclusive designations of origin.
In winter, you can sample cuisine by Francis Paniego in two of the hotel’s establishments: Ibaya, where the dishes are creative masterpieces, and Hermitage Tradition, where the chef gives his take on traditional dishes from his native Rioja. For Japanese specialities from Hideki Matsuhisa, visit Koy Hermitage. Meanwhile, for Italian slow cooking, La Tofana is the place to go.
The menu at Glassbar 1850 features contemporary dishes and snacks. Sol i Neu Club Hermitage offers traditional mountain cuisine (both winter and summer dishes). Sol i Neu Pizzeria has a large terrace with views across the ski slopes and live music. The Villager Tapas & Wine is more informal, for finger foods.
Sport Hotel Hermitage’s superb location allows you to practise mountain sports all year round.
