Nature Classroom at Naturland
Location and contact
The Naturland Nature Classroom is a place for discovering the area's natural surroundings, where adults and children will learn to recognise the flora and fauna of the La Rabassa woods and to respect nature.
It has a large display of plants, fossils and insects and you will learn how to recognise animal prints in the forest, on the trees or in the snow.
Hiking in the La Rabassa woods:
You can even complement your visit to the Nature Classroom with guided hiking excursions. You will head along the Els Búnquers route, a truly enriching trail where you will get to know the flora, fauna, history and culture of the La Rabassa woods. On the walk, you will see bunkers used during the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939), as well as the most iconic spots in the woods, such as the Caborreu canal, Roca de Pimes shelter and the Sarset mountain pass, among others.
The return journey will take you along the Font dels Traginers forest path: a site of great historical and cultural wealth in the parish.
