The agency offers large and comfortable rented apartment and studios for 2 to 9 people, completely equipped with kitchen and bathroom. The agency is open only during the ski season and attends the public from 9 in the morning to 1 at midday and from 3 in the afternoon to 7 in the evening.

The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
