These are large and comfortable rented apartments with a capacity for 2 to 5 people, fully equipped with kitchen and lounge with bed-settee, sheets and towels. In the surrounding area there are supermarkets and a wide range of shops and restaurants. The village sports centre is also very nearby. The building has a ski locker service but has no Internet connection or car park. There is a cleaning service with an extra charge. Pets are admitted with forewarning and with an extra charge. The apartments are open only during the ski season, from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.

The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
