All of the Fita Lloguer rented apartments have bed linen and towels, safe, heating, free Wi-Fi Internet connection, microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. Their services and installations also include a lounge with TV, bathroom, car park and terrace. In the building itself there is a two-way transfer service to the ski slopes from nine in the morning until 5 p.m. The apartments are open all year and open from 9 a.m to 9 p.m. for the public. Pets are not admitted and credit cards are accepted.

The businesses managing tourist accommodation are independent units that form part of a housing complex, completely furnished and equipped, for tourist holiday rental and for periods of over two nights and under three months. The tourist apartments are in buildings entirely put over to tourist accommodation and have hospitality services such as reception, daily cleaning and restaurant service.
