Its 48 rooms are cosy and have private balconies, satellite TV, safety deposit box and whirlpool bath. The facilities are adapted for the disabled and include an outdoor pool, tennis court, bar, games room, television and reading room, private lounges, meeting room, gardens, minigolf, table tennis and barbecue. It also has a games room for children and free WiFi Internet in the common areas. There are car parks around the hotel. The establishment also has a bicycle parking, air pump and washer service. Its gourmet restaurant specialises in the typical dishes of Andorra. The cuisine is one of the distinctive traits of this hotel. Apart from its quality, it stands out for its authenticity and maintains typical recipes from Andorra combined with seasonal and Mediterranean dishes always made with fresh products. The bar-cafeteria serves hors of oeuvres and drinks. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the La Massana cable car giving access to the Pal Arinsal ski resort slopes and 15 minutes from the Ordino Arcalís ski resort. Pets are admitted with forewarning.

The establishment has services specialised in hiking and areas for cleaning and leaving sports material, adapted breakfast times and specific menus and picnics for hikers, guiding service and transfer of belongings from one accommodation to another in the event of a long crossing of Andorra.
