Owned by the professional tennis player Marco Trungelliti and under the [0% gluten] brand, you’ll find this shop in the parish of Escaldes-Engordany, a few metres away from the Caldea thermal spa and the Illa Carlemany shopping centre. With a range of gluten-free products, it offers a wide variety of articles to cover all your daily nutritional needs.
The shop has its own bakery in the centre, a sales area and a comfortable dining area where you can taste the products, making your snack a sensual delight.
Specialities and Products
0% gluten has a wide and varied culinary offer which includes products such as pizza, focaccia bread and sandwiches, among others. Similarly, the shop is renowned for its bread, offering several varieties such as those made with teff, multi-cereal, chickpea and rice flours. Bread made with no additives, eggs, dairy products, sugar and, most importantly, gluten free.
Finally, customers can place their order and choose between home delivery or picking it up from the shop.
